Terms & Conditions - Instagram Giveaway

  • This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only
  • Entrants to the giveaway must be aged 18 or over.
  • The giveaway starts Monday 30th June 2025 and ends Sunday 6th July 2025. Any entries made after we have reached this threshold will not be accepted into the prize draw.
  • To be in a chance to win, entrants must follow Instagram pages @lululoveslondon and @ourgeneration.uk, like the post and tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post. No celebrity tags will be accepted.
  • We will choose, randomly, 1 winners only. The winner shall receive an Our Generation Bundle Sweet Stop Ice Cream Truck in Blue (BD37252Z) & Our Generation Doll Elliot (BD31399Z). The prizes are not exchangeable for other items, cash or gift cards. In the event these prizes are unavailable, an alternative item of equal value shall be selected.
  • In respect to privacy, Our Generation will only share the winner details only upon the individuals approval.
  • @ourgeneration.uk will contact the winner only. OG will not, at any point, ask for banking info or sensible data.
  • The winner will be contacted approximately two days after the end of the giveaway via DM from @ourgeneration.uk. The winner shall have 7 days to respond to the winner notification message and to provide the details requested by Our Generation. If after 7 days, we have received no response, they shall forfeit the prize and an alternative winner shall be chosen at Our Generation's sole discretion. 
  • The winner must provide their full name, address and contact phone number for the purposes of delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to accept the prize upon delivery. Our Generation shall not be responsible for any lost or theft of the parcel delivery.
  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated or managed by Instagram or associated with it. By entering, the participants confirm the release of Instagram responsibility and agree to the terms of use of Instagram.
  • Instagram access required. You can create an Instagram account online or via the app. The use of multiple profiles to enter is strictly prohibited, anyone found using multiple profiles to enter the giveaway will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway.
  • Based on the past giveaways, Our Generation Team invites everyone to respect all participants, regardless of their social class, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation or skin colour. Those who disrespect the community with aggressive, violent, discriminatory or hateful messages will be automatically disqualified from the giveaway.
