How do I get a replacement part from OG?
We don’t have replacement parts for all of our toys, but let us know what you’re missing and we’ll do what we can to help. Please send us an email at customerservice@ourgeneration.co.uk
Be sure to include as much information as you can, including required fields, in order to receive a response. Please note that response times vary depending on the time of year, however you can expect a 2-3 business day turnaround.
When will I get my order?
We will work as quickly as possible to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are typically dispatched in 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further delivery information.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping in the United Kingdom (exc Northern Ireland) is £5.95 when spending under £40. If you're spending £40 more, shipping is free.
