Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
The Pre-Order starts Wednesday 30th September 2026 and ends Sunday 18th October 2026 at 11:59pm GMT. Any orders placed before or after this period shall not be eligible for pre-order.
The pre-order is valid on selected items only that carry the pre-order status. All pre-order purchases are subject to our terms and conditions. Please note the following in relation to our pre-orders:
- Once placed, your pre-order will be confirmed via email.
- Payment is due in full upon placing the pre-order.
- The order shall be fulfilled when the item becomes in stock. Estimated 24th October 2026.
- You will receive an email once your pre-order has been dispatched.
- It it unfortunately not possible to place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items. If you wish to order both, you must make two different purchased.
- Limited pre-order quantities available.
- All items subject to availability.
Our standard shipping procedures apply. Our shipping to mainland United Kingdom takes on average 3 to 5 working days which may be longer during sales or promotions. Delivery costs £5.95 unless the order exceeds £40 (excluding shipping fee) which will then be eligible for free delivery.
